Job summary
This is a busy and varied role, providing support to the CPD Lead with marketing and coordination of events and to manage the annual CPD programme including planning, publicity and coordination, in order to provide high quality educational activity focused on developing the clinical workforce of SWASFT.
Responsible to the CPD lead, the primary purpose of this role is to ensure smooth running of the Continuing Professional Development provision for the whole of the Trust.

Main duties of the job
Key duties include -
To plan, facilitate enable and implement development projects for SWASFT clinical and non-clinical staff.
To help provide clinical based education in line with Health Education England CPD allocation to registered Clinicians.
As well as a clinical background or experience working in a healthcare environment or organisation; knowledge of WordPress, social media use for business, and Microsoft Office packages will be advantageous.
