Job summary

This role provides the People Partner team with essential administration support for all Employee Relations Cases. Using the HR case management system the post holder will anticipate the planning of meetings, hearings and ensure the appropriate paperwork is collated in a professional format and shared with all parties in line with the time parameters specified within each of the HR policies. Additionally the post holder will support the physical arrangements for hearings by arranging rooms, notifying participants and ensuring facilities are appropriately equipped and catered for. Diary management, event management and general administration for the HR function, including support to occasional, ad hoc requests all form part of the requirements of this interesting and varied role

You will join a large and diverse People Partnering team, covering the vast geography of South Western Ambulance Service, supporting the administration of the team.

Main duties of the job

Using case management system and supporting Excel databases keep track of Employee Relations cases to ensure hearings are scheduled in line with Trust policy.

Support the collation and distribution of hearing packs and additional paperwork to inform the participants at each hearing, taking great care to consider data protection and GDPR legislation

Liaise with staff, union representatives and management within the Trust to coordinate hearings, meetings and flow of information.

Provide a professional and efficient customer focussed service when dealing with all queries to the department or setting up of hearings and associated meetings
