HART South Team Leader (Ring-fenced to current HART staff)

Job summary

A new opportunity has arisen for a relief HART Team leader to be based at EDOC, Exeter. Prospective applicants will already be a well established members of SWASfT HART and will bring knowledge and experience to our close knit team.

Main duties of the job

The role will encompass all the main duties of a HART Team Leader to enable us to build resilience onto our command cover. The successful candidate will need to be flexible to help ensure that the team are in the best position to meet the needs of our patients and the post is offered on a permanent relief basis. The post holder will need to ensure that they are compliant with rotational training by working with the HART Training Manager and the EPRR Coordinator (HART) to plan this training whilst maintaining cover for live shifts. The successful candidate will undertake additional administrative duties and project work as well as support the HART Manager in the day to day running of the unit.

Essential

  • HCPC Registered Clinician
  • Relevant management qualification or equivalent experience
  • Certified/Competent in all HART capabilities
  • Educated to degree level or relevant equivalent experience with additional specialist knowledge relevant to this role

  • Operational Commander qualification with confirmed SWAST CPD
