Job summary

We are excited to be inviting applications for our first paramedic board role. An incredibly important driver to our cultural and clinical development you will be a visible and inspirational clinical leader with a clear and compelling vision or the Trust's future clinical and quality strategy. Working in partnership with Clinical Exec Colleagues you will be a core member of the senior clinical leadership team responsible for influencing, shaping and leading strategy, policy and clinical transformation both within South Western Ambulance Service NHS FT (SWASFT), and as part of the wider health and social care system.

Joining us in this pivotal role you will lead the effective, compassionate leadership, progressing our Trust Cultural Vision and embedding this within our professional clinical practice and clinical professional workplace development and will lead by example, always modelling and upholding the right behaviours.

Main duties of the job

This is the first position of its kind for Swasft and offers the opportunity to represent the paramedic profession at Board level and to progress the organisation and its people for years to come.
