Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Estates Team at Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust as an Estates Administrator within our Facilities function. This important role provides high-quality, service-focused administrative support to the Facilities Managers, enabling the smooth co-ordination and delivery of Estates operations across the Trust. You will play a vital role in maintaining accurate information, supporting operational reporting, and ensuring the effective organisation of departmental processes. As the first point of contact for routine enquiries to the Estates Team, you will bring strong communication skills, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach. You will support the department by managing data from systems such as rostering, ESR and Estates databases, organising meetings and documentation, and assisting colleagues across the service. This role is ideal for someone organised, proactive and enthusiastic, who enjoys working within a supportive and fast-paced team environment.
Main duties of the job
- Provide high-quality administrative support across the Estates Department, including working closely with Facilities Managers to coordinate day-to-day operations.
- Act as the first point of contact for routine Estates enquiries, maintaining excellent communication with staff, service lines and external stakeholders.
- Collect, input and report operational data using systems such as rostering, ESR, Estates systems and spreadsheets to support oversight and evaluation.
- Manage meetings and administrative processes, including diary support, preparing papers, minute-taking, maintaining distribution lists, and organising venues.
- Carry out document management, maintain staff records (sickness and annual leave), and complete routine data entry into approved trackers and systems.
