We are the main provider of mental health, learning disability and children's health service in Cornwall. As a Foundation Trust we are constantly striving to improve the quality of our service and deliver our contracts in the most efficient and effective way.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to work within our contracting team. This post will provide efficient professional business coordination support to the Contracts team. The post requires good organisational and project management skills, whilst maintaining high professional standards and ensuring a positive image at all times. The post will provide structure to the operations of the team, will support some defined areas of work, and will require the postholder to work independently and manage their own workload.

Main duties of the job

Provide administrative and coordination support to the Contracts Team, including managing correspondence, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with workload planning.

Support contract management and communication, acting as the first point of contact for information requests, liaising with internal departments, and attending contract review meetings with commissioners.

Assist in tendering and bid preparation, including reviewing opportunities, supporting bid writing, coordinating submissions, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Develop and maintain information and reporting systems, producing reports, managing version control for contracts, and supporting data provision for commissioners and senior staff.
