An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our expanding Business Analytics Team based at Cornwall Partnership NHS Trust

In order to support its staff in the planning and delivery of the best possible healthcare for our patients, Cornwall Partnership NHS Trust needs timely, accurate and relevant information.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who has an organised and logical approach to work and enjoys working flexibly under pressure in a busy team, as well as working on their own initiative to achieve deadlines. You should be educated to degree level or equivalent, numerate with proven analysis skills, and a good communicator. You should have proven experience of working in an Informatics or analytical role including the collection and dissemination of information.

You should be familiar with the MS Office suite of products, particularly Excel, and knowledge of SQL would be useful.

Communication and Working Relationshipso Clinicians and their teamso Business Development Teamo Governanceo Senior Managers /Information Leads within and outside the organisationo Finance Departmento Database Management Service (DBMS)o CITS Data Quality and CITS Project Teamso Digital Services

Management and Personal Developmento Work collaboratively with different departments such as configuration, business transformation, RA, governance and clinical teams to ensure a smooth and successful end product and on-going service.o Communicate complicated, difficult to explain digital system issues to non technical staff and communicate very detailed information within team and other providers.o The ability to work on own initiative and act independently is essential as is the need to be accountable for own actions
