Job summary
The Cornwall Digital health team is expanding. We are looking for a dynamic Administrator to join our expanding service supporting people to receive remote monitoring/ virtual ward admission to people in their own homes.
The role will be supported by a 'Virtual Multidisciplinary Team'.
The Administrator role supports the admission and discharge processes associated with Virtual Ward working and may also contact people highlighted as meeting criteria to admission to our wards via a centrally produced National list related to COVID +ve patients.

Main duties of the job
To provide full clerical support to various key functions within the Virtual Ward setting and/or clinical team. Assist in the continuity of service by working across virtual wards on a rotational basis. Be the first point of contact for all referrers and patients, visitors and members of the public attending the Virtual Ward and ensure they are fully assisted as required.
