Job summary

Are you looking for a role where you can influence decisions and add value to NHS services? Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust currently has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Contracts to support the delivery of the contracting function; this is a high profile post that is integral to the success of the organisation. The post holder will be expected to act in the role of both a Provider Contracts Manager and a Contracts Manager where CFT subcontracts services to third party organisations.

This is intended to be a full-time post working 37.5 hours per week, however flexible working and job-shares will be considered.

Main duties of the job

  • Experience of budget management and experience and knowledge of contracting
  • Educated to a Masters level or equivalent relevant experience, with a post graduate qualification or significant experience in contracting.
  • Contract Management qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience of leading, managing and developing a team
  • Experience of working in a leadership position in large and complex organisations and systems
