Job summary
The Business Development Team is inviting applications to a range of roles, to support contracts management, business planning and transformation change. As a team we are passionate about developing people, so are keen to hear from motivated and dedicated individuals with transferable skills from a range of backgrounds, who could develop with our team into outstanding business and change management professionals. In particular we are keen to hear from:
- Project and programme management professionals
- People with experience of contracts management
- Clinical professionals who have experience of change management
- People with experience in data and information management
- Communication and stakeholder management professionals
- People with experience in governance and assurance roles
- People with experience in quality improvement
We have several large transformation programmes underway to improve the health and wellbeing of the people of Cornwall. You will work closely with our clinical and operational colleagues to identify, understand, articulate and drive through sustainable change to ensure we can continue to deliver NHS services now and in the future. In return for your dedication and hard work, you will be supported by a team of ambitious, proactive and can-do professionals to upskill, including mentoring and on the job training, and the opportunity to work towards an accredited change management qualification as appropriate for your role.

Main duties of the job
Full or Part time - Permanent or FTC/Secondment for 12 months opportunities available.
Primary focus of the role:
- Project management through the full project lifecycle
- Initiating and developing projects either as stand alone change initiatives or as part of a transformation programme
- Supporting the programme manager to deliver the outputs of an identified change initiative
- Working closely with colleagues from across the operational and support services to deliver change
- Working closely with the Portfolio Officer to ensure reporting and governance are in line with the Trust standards
