Job summary
This is a developmental post at Band 5 with opportunity after 18 months to become a Band 6 Nurse / Practitioner. The transition between bandings will be completed according to competencies evident in practice.

As a Named CAMHS Nurse or Practitioner in the community you will be responsible for providing full assessments, formulation and evidence based interventions to children, young people and their families, who are experiencing mental health difficulties. Main duties of the job
As a CAMHS Nurse /Practitioner you will be responsible for providing full assessments, formulation and evidence based interventions to children, young people and their families, who are experiencing mentalhealth difficulties.
You will be responsible for maintaining an individual caseload, from referral to discharge, conducting routine and high priority assessments and interventions as appropriate and exercising autonomy.You will be liaising and providing advice, information and consultation to colleagues and other agencies.
