Estates Business Support Manager

Job summary

This role will support the Estates Maintenance and Senior Management Team with some of the key administrative and HR duties within the department. Acting as the lead for new CAFM (MRI Evolution) implementation across St Georges hospital and GESH. Responsible for Estates Databases, software and reporting.

Main duties of the job

The post holder is an integral part of the Trusts Estates Management Team and will provide leadership, managing all aspects of administration, Lead on Estates recruitment, Technical library, Training, QMS, Monthly payroll (rostering). Line manage for Estates Stores, helpdesk manager, PPM planning, Asset and location management, CaFM improvement and reporting. Estates software and database lead. This role will support the Estates Maintenance Team with some of the key administrative and HR duties within the department.
