Job summary
We seek applicants for a new post to support the onboarding and evaluation of the SWL & Surrey Specialised Neurology Transformation Pilot.
This is a new post to link with existing teams and support new clinical regional roles that will work across SWL and Surrey.
We are looking for an individual with well-developed interpersonal skills who can build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships, facilitates communications and coordinates activities.
This role will require someone who can act as a point of contact for the neuroscience pilot roles and be able to coordinate requests and escalations with existing operational teams across the network. Working with the wider service delivery team to support the pathways of patients referred in to the Trust
This role will be ideal for natural problem-solvers with self- motivation to undertake this post and support the success of the pilot.
The post will work with the Strategic Network Manager to develop an evaluation balanced score cared for the pilot outcomes. This is essential for demonstrating the value of clinical roles for business planning.
Main duties of the job
- Administrative support: Provide network clinical and managerial leads in managing relevant correspondence, reports and records.
- Meeting Coordination: Organise meetings, send out invites, prepare agendas, keep minutes and document action logs with support from network managers
- Diary management: Organise and manage schedules and meetings for relevant clinical and managerial leads
- Communication Liaison: Act as a single point of contact for the wider network, forwarding information to relevant managers and leads.
- Project support: Working with network managers on project management.
