Main duties of the job
- We are looking for an enthusiastic Band 6 Endoscopy Senior Staff Nurse who is interested in gaining further leadership and management skills in this innovative and busy specialities.
- Successful post holder will already possess excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a busy and dedicated team.
- You need to be RN with a minimum of 1 year endoscopy clinical experience.
- This position will require someone that is confident in their knowledge and delivery of excellence in every aspect of patients care.
- To support and deputise Endoscopy Nurse Manager to ensure the provision of excellent nursing care and the effective management of staff and other resources.
- Also to carry out the day-to day management and co-ordination of the Endoscopy unit.
- To ensure that there are education and training opportunities for all staff.
