As the Engineering Manager (Mechanical Services) at St Georges Hospital, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient operation and maintenance of all mechanical systems. Your role includes:
- Managing Staff: Supervise Operational Engineers, Maintenance Supervisors, Technicians, and other personnel.
- Controlling Budgets: Oversee budgetary allocations, ensuring effective cost management and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Health and Safety: Develop and implement health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and NHS guidelines.
