In this critical and high profile role, the Group Head of Risk Management will be a visible, accessible and authoritative leader on all risk management issues and, working with the Group Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, will lead on the preparation of risk reports to the Group Board, Board Committees, Executive and Site management teams. The post holder will ensure the effective governance of risk at all levels, promote effective risk management and embed structures and processes that contribute to this. The Group Head of Risk Management will support the Group Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, Group Chief Executive, Board and Non- Executive Directors on risk matters. The role will have significant input to the Trust's strategic and business planning systems providing advice on all risk management aspects including risk appetite.
