You will work within the cardiac prevention and rehabilitation team with specialist nurses and exercise specialists, along with support from a wider multi-disciplinary team, to deliver a programme of exercise and education which adheres to the National Standards of the British Association for Cardiac Prevention and Rehabilitation and Core Components for Cardiac Rehabilitation.
