Team leader for Duty Service

Job summary

To provide a high level of leadership and operational management enabling effective and efficient functions of the health visiting duty team. The duty team operates Monday to Friday 9-4.45 pm.

You will be responsible for the managerial oversight of the work within the duty team, ensuring documentation is completed and of the quality expected.

You will work as part of a leadership team within the health visiting service.

Main duties of the job

As duty team lead you will be working as part of a skill mix team, providing leadership and supporting the team in delivering expert advice,guidance and troubleshooting whilst working closely with your peers and Operational lead.

You will lead the duty team whilst undertaking other clinical work to be defined by the Operational Lead for health visiting. You will ensure the duty team meets the needs of children, families in Croydon, as well as partner agencies
