Job summary
To provide efficient and confidential administrative support to the CHSIST, through the maintenance of accurate and up to date data systems, information sharing processes and effective team working.
The post-holder will work under the direction of the CHIST Senior Safeguarding Administrator and will be required to work to support the CHIST administrative team, Business Support Manager and any other members of the CHIST team in various departments to facilitate efficient information sharing across the hospital and community interface. They will liaise with the multi-disciplinary team, internal departments and external agencies to ensure continuity in achieving excellence in patient care.

We are looking for a Safeguarding Administrator to work within the Croydon Health Integrated Safeguarding Team (CHSIST) to provide comprehensive and high quality administrative support to the team. If you have an interest in Safeguarding and want to be part of a team who protect those at a time where they are at their most vulnerable, this could be an ideal opportunity for you.
Attention to detail, with an ability to update databases accurately is an essential requirement for the role. We are looking for applicants who can demonstrate a methodical and logical approach to work. The post holder will be required to work to deadlines, and priorities within the office. Which at times can change so a flexible and initiative approach to your work is required. Previous experience of working with Partner Agencies is also sought but not essential.
The post holder will be required to coordinate their activities with other members of the Safeguarding Administration Team. Which include providing cover to other members of the administrative team when requested. Therefore, a team player approach is required to ensure an efficient and confidential service is provided.
