We are looking for dynamic forward thinking band 7 leaders to augment the innovations already begun in Croydon.
We have remodelled and been able to extend our Band 7 leadership team .
Are you an experienced Health Visitor looking to develop in a leadership role and managing clearly defined and safe corporate caseloads whilst supporting a specialist interest area.
We offer 7 specialist areas closely aligned to the 6 High Impact Areas of the HCP of which we are currently seeking innovative and strong Band 7 leaders. This model is unique within London and offers an incredible opportunity to work at band 7 level within Health Visiting and a specialist areawhile holding a caseload. You will join and be actively leading with colleagues to 'Champion' across the borough, for example:
- Team leadership and corporate governance, data management and audit
- Complex needs, SEND,
- Safeguarding children
- Inequalities , including Homeless health
- Practice Education and Facilitation
- Infant feeding, healthy weight and nutrition.
- Maternal mental health; Perinatal Infant mental health,
Main duties of the job

Croydon Health Visiting is committed to improving the health and wellbeing of the borough's children, young people and families through a commissioned contract with London Borough of Croydon. The service is seeking strong and enthusiastic leaders to continue the service development and improvement through leadership and innovation.
If you have relevant experience as a health visitor, have experience of managing change, if you are quality focused we want to hear from you.
