Croydon health service has gone through some exciting developments in the recent past with a new A and E. 'One Croydon' is the partnership between the local NHS, Croydon Council and Age UK Croydon. The internal Discharge Team has been expanded and is now part of a wider co-located Integrated Discharge Team. The ACE unit co-locates rapid assessment medical unit, acute care of the elderly clinics and assessment beds, COPD hot clinic and ambulatory care and models MDT working to prevent unnecessary admissions and support back to the community. We are looking for highly motivated staff to join our therapy team who are driven to deliver high quality, patient centred care.
We offer a broad range of 6 monthly rotations covering core areas and also Vascular, A and E Liaison and cardiac rehab.
All areas are led by experienced Senior Staff, who provide excellent support and supervision. There is a well-established training and supervision programme in each specialty.
Our friendly and supportive department provides excellent opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge within a sound framework of regular appraisal and CPD including regular IST.
