This is a fantastic opportunity join a Trust providing integrated NHS services for local people at Croydon University Hospital, Purley War Memorial Hospital, in clinics and people's homes across the borough of Croydon. As a Trust, we are striving to be at the forefront for how the NHS is trying to change - working in partnership with others to join up services for everyone, from the very young to the elderly.

Reporting to the Patient Experience Lead, this post forms part of the Patient Experience Team to support the delivery of the Trust's Quality Strategy and vision to ensure 'Excellent Care for all' through the delivery of safe, effective and high quality services, that ensure the people who use our services, their families, carers and visitors receive a positive experience

Croydon Health Services NHS Trust provide hospital and community services from a number of community and specialist clinics throughout Croydon. The Trust was formed on 1st August 2010 through the integration of Croydon Community Health Services and Mayday Healthcare NHS Trust. Around 4,100 staff provide services for a population of over 360,000 people who are relatively young with a high level of ethnic diversity.

Our main hospital site, Croydon University Hospital is one of the busiest in London. We're also leading the way in providing more healthcare outside hospitals at clinics, specialist centres and in people's homes.
