Main duties of the job
Croydon runs one of the busiest Emergency Departments in London, seeing 120,000 patients each year. Now is a great time to join the team as our new £21.25m state-of-the-art Emergency Department is now open. We have already seen how much the new Department has greatly benefitted not only our patient's and their loved ones, but also our staff. As an ECN/ECP, you should have substantial emergency care experience.

- Mentoring Qualification
- Immeadiate Life Support
- Paediatric Immeadiate Life Support
- Trauma Qualification
- Experience of dealing with life threatening illness/injurys
Desirable
- HMIMMS
- ALS Qualifcation/Provider
- EPALS Qualification/Provider
- Advanced Physical Assessment Course
- BSc Hons (or working towards)
- NIV Trained

- Significant experience working withing acute setting eg pre hospital, emergency department or intensive care
- Evidence of working within small specailised teams
- Knowledge of risk management issues and solutions
Desirable
- Experiance of working within HDU/ITU setting
- Experience of working within a hospital setting eg UCC/ED/GP
