Job summary
This post is a fixed term appointment for service in Respiratory and General Internal Medicine this post is currently part of the Respiratory Team, although there may be scope to extend the post further.
Main duties of the job
The main duties of this role will be:
- Having a commitment to two outpatient clinics a week
- To supervise the Junior Doctors on the wards, as well as delegating tasks appropriately
- Have the opportunity to participate in at least one bronchoscopy list per week
- Attend weekly MDT meetings
- Participate in the Registrar full shift rota
- Assist in the teaching of the IMTs, F2 and F1 doctors and medical Students
