Main duties of the job
Operations Manager 8a
Following a review of Acute Therapies management structure we are looking for an Operations Manager to support the Operational Clinical Lead in the day to day management of the Acute Therapies Team. This is an opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their management skills, their clinical skills in a chosen areas and inform the strategy of the service going forward to provide an effective and efficient therapy service to the patients admitted to Croydon University Hospital.
To actively participate in the weekend and on call rota.
The successful candidate will be an experienced AHP, either an Occupational; Therapist, Speech Therapist or Physiotherapist.
The Acute Therapy Team provide input to all acute wards with the exception of the Stroke Unit.
