Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised person to support the postgraduate team looking after the education of training doctors and consultants on the UHL site.
At least 6 month's admin experience in the NHS and minute taking skills is required.

Main duties of the job
o Provide a friendly, welcoming and efficient customer service to all doctors, staff and managers coming into the department and to all enquiries on the telephone.
o Ensure telephone enquiries are answered promptly and courteously. Document messages for colleagues where necessary.
o Ensure all office stationery supplies are order via oracle system and housed in the correct locations.
o To provide an adhoc administrative service to the Assistant Medical Education Manager and the Senior Medical Education Manager.
o To work primarily in one area of undergraduate and postgraduate education, but provide support to the other team as required.
