Converged Infrastructure L1 Technician

We are looking for a highly motivated Data/VoiceTechnician to join our friendly and busy IT Department looking after the Lewisham & Greenwich NHS Trust IT network.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will take a lead role in supporting the existing systems and network with special responsibilities for delivering 2nd/3rdline technical support, installation, repair and maintenance of IP telephony and associated systems and mobile devices and assist with support of the network infrastructure.
The jobholder will also be expected to support users of other systems that are provided by the IT department and knowledge of those systems is also desirable.
The jobholder will have at least three years' experience of working in IT, with strong IT technical skills and the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload. Experience of working in a clinical environment would be an advantage but is not essential. The jobholder will also have excellent customer service skills and thrive on working as part of a team. Excellent administrative, numerical and organisational skills are essential.
