Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust is an integrated community and acute trust providing a seamless service to residents of the borough. The Adult Community Nursing Service is divided into 4 neighbourhoods and care is provided for patients in their own homes.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an enthusiastic Community Staff Nurse who shares our Trust values and is passionate about delivering safe, high quality, holistic care to a dedicated client group.
Please note there are two shift patterns: 08.00 - 16.00 or 12.00 - 20.00
The Trust is committed to operating flexible working practices wherever possible.
Evidence of a full current UK driving licence and daily access to a car is essential, for this role.

You will visit patients in their own homes and provide a comprehensive range of clinical nursing activities. A key aspect of the role will involve working with the wider multidisciplinary team to help plan and deliver complex care to enable patients to remain in their home environment for as long as possible.
You will also experience the challenges of working within a diverse multicultural society which with the backing of a supportive team can prove to be very rewarding.
