We are excited to be offering an exciting opportunity foraHighlySpecialist Pharmacist in Paediatric Palliative Care and Academic Link role. This unique role offers the successful candidate a combined position, working three days per week within the Evelina London Pharmacy team and two days per week with the academic pharmacy team at King's College London university.

Main duties of the job

Provision of a clinical pharmacy service to the Evelina London Children's Hospital Palliative care team

Supporting the ongoing development and collaboration of the undergraduateMPharmcurriculum and in placement provision to ensure teaching reflects current clinical practice

Provision of academic teaching and professional role modelling to undergraduate and postgraduate pharmacy students at KCL, specifically the postgraduate Pharmacist Independent Prescribing (PIP) PG Cert

Support in the provision of post-graduate academic programmes across GSTT such as the UCL MSc in International Practice and Policy

Support in the provision of the pharmacy departmental academic offerings such as the Visiting Pharmacy Professional (VPP) programme andInternationalFoundationMasterclassin Paediatric Pharmaceutical Care.

Support the Principal Pharmacist for Education and Workforce Development with education,trainingand development across GSTT and work collaboratively with other members of the Pharmacy education and training team

When required, participate in the provision of pharmaceutical care at ward / clinic level.
