A unique opportunity has arisen for a Junior Clinical Research Fellow to join and support the delivery of the research and clinical activities carried out within the Unit for Paediatric and Population-Based Dermatology Research at St John's Institute of Dermatology, Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust and King's College London.
Main duties of the job
Under the supervision of the Unit Head Professor Carsten Flohr, the research element will encompass clinical research studies and commercial and non-commercial clinical trials assessing some of the latest treatments in the field. An additional component of laboratory research may be arranged through one of the Unit's internal or external collaborators.
You will function collaboratively within a group of doctors, Research Nurses and Clinical Research Practitioners to achieve team objectives and to maintain and promote the safety and wellbeing of patients, research participants and ensure the integrity of research outcomes.
You must be eligible for registration with the GMC.

The Unit is part of St John's Institute of Dermatology and is directed by Professor Carsten Flohr, Consultant Dermatologist and Chair in Dermatology and Population Health Science at King's College London.
