This includes asking certain groups of staff to work more flexibly so that we can offer services to patients in the evenings and at weekends. We regard this flexibility as essential if we are to continue to provide first class patient care in the future. As a result, any offer of employment to a consultant post will be subject to you agreeing to work a new more flexible pattern of working in the future if required and in accordance with the provisions of the new Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust consultant contract.

About us
Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust is made up of two of London's best known teaching hospitals and employs over 13,000 staff and has over 2 million patient contacts a year. Our annual turnover is now £1.2 billion.
The Sexual and Reproductive Health department at Guy's and St Thomas' (GSTT) incorporates three integrated clinics. We provide a full range of sexual and reproductive health services based at Burrell Street, Walworth Road, and Minnie Kidd House, covering a diverse client group across Southwark and Lambeth. We run a walk-in service across five days at Walworth Road and Minnie Kidd House, and a seven-day service at our Burrell Street location.
It is a busy department seeing 66000 patient attendances annually. Lambeth and Southwark have the highest sexual health needs in England and the service is at the heart of the new Sexual and Reproductive Health Strategy for South East London with the challenge of increasing access to LARC and reducing unplanned pregnancies in young people.
We have strong links with Lambeth and North Southwark primary care for whom we are the lead providers. The department works in close collaboration with women's health services, Urology, Dermatology, infection services, emergency department and inpatient services.
The service is going through an organisational restructure to increase accessibility for LARC, HIV PrEP, STI prevention and care.
