Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Evelina London Children's Hospital as a Junior Doctor Coordinator. We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across a large multi-disciplinary team.
Main duties of the job
The Junior Doctor Coordinator is responsible for organising the induction, training and rota management of over 100 junior doctors. The post holder is expected to take a proactive approach to addressing gaps in the rota and work with service managers on a variety of quality and cost improvement projects.

- Track record of significant continuous professional and management development
- GCSE Maths & English

- Significant experience of staff supervision/ staff management including recruitment/ retention /appraisal /first line disciplinary and knowledge of budget management issues
- Have significantly contributed to meeting operational objectives
- Experience of delivering Administrative and Clerical Outpatient Services
- Evidence of introducing and supporting change processes
- Evidence of establishing, maintaining and consolidating effective working relationships with clinicians and multidisciplinary team
- Evidence of positively influencing organisational culture
- Track record of supporting the management of innovation and service improvements
