Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic clinically experienced nurse who can support, lead and manage our Neighbourhood Nursing Teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who demonstrates a creative approach to solving problems and empowering teams.
The post holder will have oversight of the teams and KPI's, ensuring that they meet objectives set and maintains clinical expertise.
The post holder will also provide governance and assurance support, leading on initiatives to improve our service delivery and compliance with standards and expectations.
This role also involves active clinical practice alongside management and visible leadership.
You will be required to work across different sites within Lambeth and Southwark as needed.
You will be a key member of the operational management and development team within the Neighbourhood Nursing Team and expected to contribute to innovative practice and taking the service forward.

Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for the day to day operational management and clinical leadership of the area of responsibility. We are seeking applicants who have coaching experience or willing to study coaching leadership.
The model of nursing we have based our transition on is the Dutch model Buurtzorg. Our coach managers receive support and training in the new model and coaching skills.
You will actively coach and support all members of the Neighbourhood Nursing team to work within the Neighbourhood Nursing model.

Service Development
Support the trust in the development of the Neighbourhood Nursing model liaising with stakeholders and management within the trust to increase awareness and assist in making improvements to the model Provide and support external trusts and departments who are interested in the model Support and coach the teams in change management and encourage ideas to be discussed To contribute to the business planning process and support the transformation of teams to a Neighbourhood Nursing model by contributing to the workforce planning, service improvement and development planning
Education, Training and Mentorship
Participate in relevant Neighbourhood Nursing training where necessary and relevant, support other coaches in this field Participate in a network of coaches, internal and external, to offer and receive support within the Neighbourhood Nursing model and general coaching Undertake any relevant coaching training or events within the trust.
