Band 3 - SLT ASSISTANT ROLEGUY'S AND ST THOMAS' CHILDREN'S COMMUNITY SERVICES
- SPEECH AND LANGUAGE THERAPY
We are filling a vacancy in our team of SLT Assistants and offering a full- time speech and language therapy assistant post (Band 3). The post holder will join our existing team of 10 SLT assistants to support the work of the SLT department. The role will involve delivering Early Years groups with an SLT or another SLTA in our local health centres and clinics. You will also be helping to deliver online parent workshops, preparing therapy resources for our Early Years team and entering data onto our patient record system. The role may also involve helping with administration across the wider SLT team. There will be an opportunity to develop your knowledge and understanding of communication development in children. We are also looking for someone who has an interest in helping to administer social media channels such as Facebook and You Tube for the SLT department.
