Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for an eProcurement Catalogue Manager within Guy's and St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust and will be based at Jeanette Wallace House, Croydon.
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Administrator with a background in Procurement/Supply Chain to work as part of a team providing an effective catalogue management to Trust-wide internal customers, to maintain and manage an accurate catalogue data and delivery of cost reduction from negotiating price agreements for suppliers not subject to formal contract, obtain value for money on goods/services while remaining compliant with internal and external regulations, and provide professional customer service and procurement advice to stakeholders, to communicate with external companies on the Trust's behalf.
Main duties of the job
The post holder is responsible for the overall management of supplier catalogues for the. The purpose of the role is to maintain and manage an accurate catalogue data and delivery of cost reduction from negotiating price agreements for suppliers not subject to formal contract.

- Maintaining and updating all catalogue prices activity aligns with the calendar of supplier catalogue/ price agreement expiry dates ensuring that price data remains active at all times on the catalogue management system
- Authorisation of all catalogue/ price agreements with all live suppliers in the member Trust purchase order systems in line with the operations policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain catalogue protocols and policies across the Trust and by external
- Prepare and analyse statistical information of all catalogue process for all

- Good general standard of education to NVQ level 3 or CIPS Diploma (Level 4), plus some knowledge of contract law acquired through training - or else demonstrate equivalent experience.
Desirable
- CIPS Level 5 - either obtained or being studied for at present.

- Experience of working with digital purchasing or supply chain systems and excellent working knowledge of current Office software (Word, Excel).
Desirable
- Experience of a Purchasing / Supplies Service either in Public or Private Sector
