Main duties of the job

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and innovative nurse with experience in Palliative Care to our Clinical Nurse Specialist team.

As a clinical nurse specialist you will be an integral part of the multi-disciplinary team working together to deliver this specialist service to children and families under the care of Evelina London across the South East network.

You will bring excellent communication, clinical skills and a desire to maintain and role model a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

You will be responsible for developing and delivering specialist pathways of care as part of a multiprofessional team, working with care providers across the South East to ensure children, families receive high quality palliative care in the most appropriate setting. Part of this role will involve taking part in an out of hours on call rota to provide advice and support.
