The 111 service takes a huge variety of calls, which makes no two days the same.

This is an office based role in our Milton Keynes office, home/remote working is not available. This role is not eligible for Tier 2 visa sponsorship.

Main duties of the job

*We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.79 per hour. Candidates will also receive the following unsocial allowances*
All day Saturday (midnight to midnight) as well as any weekday after 8pm and before 6am - Time plus 35% (Currently £17.26 per hour)
All day Sunday and public holidays (midnight to midnight) - Time plus 69% (Currently £21.61 per hour)
