Job summary
An exciting opportunity has become available for a CIPD qualified HR Advisor to work within the SCAS HR team supporting our Corporate and Operational Functions.
Our operational HR team provide comprehensive, objective and a quality HR service to managers and staff within the Trust in accordance with employment legislation, national policy/guidelines and trust policies and procedures.
This post will also lead on the job evaluation processes and panels for the Trust.
Main duties of the job
Main duties will include supporting the HR Manager in the monitoring of implementation of Trust policy, procedure, throughout the organisation, Thus ensuring all aspects of work undertaken within the Trust in relation to HR services is taken in line with appropriate Trust policy & procedure, national guidance and employment legislation, taking steps to correct and manage any failure to comply or intention to deviate from policy as appropriate.
In addition the post holder will support managers with organisational change across the Trust and be the lead for job evaluation and matching processes within the Trust.
Proposed interview dates are 29th April and 3rd May.
