Job summary
To be part of a busy team of administrators who are pivotal to the wider HR Team.
Enter and maintain changes on ESR (electronic staff records), file the relevant forms, be the first point of contract for managers and staff alike.
Assist with payroll queries and liaise with our external payroll provider.
Main duties of the job
To provide a comprehensive, objective and quality HR administration service to the Department and as appropriate to managers and staff within the Trust in accordance with Employment legislation, national policy/guidelines and local Trust policies and procedures. In particular the provision of a confidential administration and support service in respect of payroll, retention and employee welfare/sickness
To be the first point of contact for the HR team, managing communications in the absence of the HR Advisers or HR Manager.
At all times to maintain confidentially in respect of all employee records, information and correspondence.
To at all times act in accordance with agreed guidelines, local/national protocol, Trust policy/procedure.
