We are delighted to offer a 3-year Registered Nurse Degree Apprenticeship in partnership with the University of West London (UWL), fully funded by the Trust. Candidates must be able to start employment with the Trust in October 2026 and pass a three month probation period in order to start theprogramme commencing in January 2027.

This provides a supported, structured pathway to becoming a Band 5 Registered Adult Nurse, with professional registration through the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

Main duties of the job

The apprentices will; attend university for classroom-based teaching and complete academic assignments and fulfil all university requirements, and attend assessed clinical placements across the Trust and community settings.

Employment contract is for an apprentice Nurse; if apprentice fails to complete , employment cannot be moved to another role.

Successful applicants will undertake the three-year Registered Nurse Degree Apprenticeship at UWL and will follow the timetable set by the university.

Apprentices will be paid a Band 3 salary during the duration of the programme. There will be an expectation that on completion of the programme when registration with the NMC is obtained that apprentices will work in the Trust for a minimum period of two years.
