Main duties of the job
The post will provide generous experience of emergency and elective procedures. It is an excellent opportunity for a candidate aspiring to a career in General Surgery.The General Surgical Unit operates a ward-based system and you will be working as part of a team of junior doctors and consultants looking after emergency and elective admissions on GSU and SAU wards. There will be opportunities to attend general surgery outpatients and endoscopy training for suitable candidates.
