Job summary

This is a 10 PA post for a Consultant Radiologist with a Subspecialist interest in Musculoskeletal and Gastrointestinal imaging.

Please note the simulation date is 8th July 2026 and the interview date is 22nd July 2026

Main duties of the job

  1. To provide with colleagues Radiology services in both inpatient and outpatient settings
  2. To provide subspecialist knowledge and skills regarding

    Musculoskeletal and Gastrointestinal imaging.

  3. Ensure patient confidentially is maintained at all times

  4. Comply with the GMC requirements of Duties at all times

Essential

  • Full registration with GMC
  • FRCR or equivalent
  • Extensive experience working in a radiology dept
  • Previous responsibility for clinical governance and GMC Good Medical Practice
  • Extensive experience reporting cross sectional studies

Audit management and IT

  • Ability to work within clinical governance guidelines
  • undertake audits and present data as required
