Job summary
The Project Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of Facilities projects, ensuring they meet objectives and timelines.
The Project Delivery Manager will provide project management and project delivery, including all tasking to one key project throughout two sites within the Trust ensuring that quality and financial objectives are met and the scope of the project is delivered within the project timeline and budget.
They will guide stakeholders, promoting adherence to established processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Project Delivery Manager will also ensure effective communication within the scope of their projects and with other departments, facilitating seamless collaboration and successful project delivery.
Main duties of the job
Operational delivery
Be accountable for the day-to-day operational delivery of all elements of the project
Encourage and develop a culture to ensure the highest levels of customer service are demonstrated by Facilities staff promoting a professional and caring image.
Work with Managers and clinical teams within the Trust to provide a coherent and coordinated approach to the delivery of the project
Responsible for the development and implementation of service plans, business cases and proposals within the scope of project deliver
Manage the communication requirements for the scope of the projects that are being managed to all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a consistency and accuracy of approach and content and planned and timely delivery especially where there is a resistance to change.
Work collegiality within the Estates and Facilities Directorate to ensure robust service delivery.
