Job summary
Band 6 Advanced Theatre Practitioner (Recovery Theatres)
To help coordinate the skilled care of patients within the Theatre Recovery department, demonstrating expertise in all aspects of the care of patients.
As required, to provide direct support to clinicians, staff and patients.
To contribute to the management of the specialty by acting as a professional role model, able to confidently lead a team.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for innovative and enthusiastic individuals with good clinical decision making and excellent communication skills to join our friendly team. In return we offer ongoing learning opportunity and support towards continuous professional development.
You will also have the opportunity to work across all Recoveries and further develop your skills across our clinical, education and leadership pathways.
The successful candidate will demonstrate considerable Recovery knowledge and skills and will be able to work in a pressurised environment. The ability to demonstrate effective leadership is essential.
