Professional Lead for Adult Speech and Language Therapy

Main duties of the job
- Provide clinical leadership and management to the adult speech and language therapy team.
- Oversee the delivery of specialised communication and dysphagia assessment and therapy.
- Ensure the implementation of evidence-based practices and innovative service developments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Support and supervise junior therapists and students, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Participate in clinical governance activities, including audit, research, and service evaluation.
