Job summary
This role is in a small high performing team with a broad remit across the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust. The key purpose is to provide administrative support to the CMO office under the guidance and direction of the CMO Business Transformation Manager to deliver against our multiple programmes.
The role requires working across multi-disciplinary teams to provide administration, project management support and enthusiasm to drive change leading to improvement.
As well as project management support, the post holder will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative tasks are planned and delivered across the team as well as managing daily queries through a shared mailbox and calendar.
Please note this is not a PA role. The role is to support the management and delivery of our portfolio of work. If you are a PA with broad skills and proven experience in planning and project delivery and think this role is for you we would still like to hear from you.
Main duties of the job
Provide administrative support to the CMO Business Manager and the extended corporate and clinical team for daily queries, managing meeting and workshops working with a shared calendar and mailbox and any project-related matters.
Deliver project management support across the portfolio taking responsibility for project and board reporting, setting and following up actions to completion including your own actions.
As well as collating output from multi-disciplinary teams for project progress, you will also be supporting them in their delivery and being responsible for delivering your own elements.
Manage the CMO team business schedule including the preparation and circulation of any materials.
