Ward Clerk - Elderly Care Medicine

Are you organised and methodical? Do you enjoy working in a customer facing position?

Caversham ward , is looking for an enthusiastic person to join its friendly team.

This busy ward delivers a high level of care to 12 patients is a ring-fenced unit.

The successful candidate will have excellent IT and interpersonal skills. You must be highly motivated and be able to work under pressure.

Main duties of the job

As a Ward Clerk you will be expected to be able to work with hospital IT systems.

The role will involve answering telephones and being able to communicate messages to staff.

You will be involved with ordering certain stock items for the ward and carry out delegated tasks.
