Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for excellence in housekeeping & cleaning services? We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head Housekeeper to join our Facilities management team, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our services.

You will manage and oversee Trust-wide Housekeeping, Cleaning, Hygiene, Sewing Room, and Pest Control services. Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy: Be a role model and contribute to the development of our workforce and business strategies. Drive our Facilities objectives across the organization.
  • Operational Management: Oversee 24/7 operations for housekeeping, cleaning, and related services. Ensure compliance with standards and enhance service delivery.
  • Collaboration & Expertise: Work closely with Directorate teams, senior managers, and external stakeholders, offering professional advice and ensuring best practices.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Promote a patient-centered approach, ensuring that all services contribute to an exceptional patient experience.
