As a Temporary Medical Staffing Advisor within Royal Berkshire Hospital, you will play a crucial role in supporting the medical staffing needs of the hospital. You will be responsible for co-ordinating and facilitating the recruitment and placement of temporary medical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Your expertise in staffing processes and knowledge of medical roles and qualifications will be essential in maintaining appropriate staffing levels and ensuring efficient and effective healthcare services at the best market price.
Main duties of the job
To collaborate with department managers to determine temporary staffing requirements and provide advice on temporary staffing matters.To support clinical teams with the management of end-to-end process of recruiting, screening, and selecting temporary medical staff.To work alongside Head of Medical Workforce to drive down temporary staffing medical rates i.e. to negotiate rates with agencies. To match candidates with appropriate job opportunities, considering factors such as skills, experience, and shift availability. To ensure adherence to NHS policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws.

Dingley Specialist Children's Centre provides multidisciplinary community services alongside experienced allied health professionals and specialist nurses.
