Job summary

Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust have an exciting vacancy for a driven, enthusiastic, and creative individual to join our Learning & Organisational Development Team (L&OD) as a Content Producer Apprentice. Our L&OD team has consistently received recognition for its innovative approaches to learning and development, and as an apprentice, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Digital Team with marketing, producing eLearning content, being self-driven and with excellent communication. Main duties of the job

Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of content production, marketing and digital support, including content creation and management, marketing, communication support, video design and animation building. You will actively contribute to the enhancement of content in our department and collaborate with team members to achieve common goals. You will work closely with your team members and the L&OD advisors to enhance our trust's digital offerings, managing learning systems, designing marketing content and building eLearning programmes.

The 18-month apprenticeship combines work-based training with fully funded online study through the Apprenticeship Levy, leading to a Level 3 Content Producer qualification. Training will be provided in specific systems but proven existing proficiency in all Microsoft programmes and digital design programmes is essential, and a keen interest in the use of technology to inform decision making is needed.

This role is a full time (37.5 hour) position, with a fixed term contract for 18 months. Your apprenticeship will last the duration of this contract.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Managing online content requests, following a regimented request process and monitoring procedure.

  1. Assisting with the marketing, targeting and promotion of Learning and Organisational Development online provisions to increase up-take and utilisation within the trust.
